1 º Before choose camp, a player could ask for help of his coach at the club, to help in the selection of the most important elements of training at the Academy of Monte Basket

2 º After the make decision, the player should see that he has enough years for participation in the selected campus

3 º The next step is to download the forms - applications for the camp which is located under the guidelines

4 º Is mandatory to fill in all fields of application, especially the need to fill the fields with all personal information fields for the selection of the type e shift camp

5 º Completed application should be printed and signed by the players or by the parents of underage players or

6 º Send by e-mail (or fax) the application, together with confirmation of payment of reservation (check or copy of bank transfer confirmation)

7 º Mailed the original application (signed by parents), together with a photocopy of her ID card

8 º Payment of the remaining amount

9 º Wait for confirmation of application and enrolment in the camp by e-mail

10 º UPON ARRIVAL AT CAMP PLAYER MUST BRING STATEMENT OF ENTRY AND REGISTRATION RECEIVED BY THE ACADEMY OF MONTE BASKET
