Physical Preparation
     
 
I: 4.7. - 10.7.         II: 11.7. – 17.7.         III: 18.7. – 24.7.        
 
Camp for physical preparation is designed for players aged 16 to 20 years. Aim is to raise the physical abilities of the players through specific training. Before any fitness training, players are rigorously tested using the software SOFT BODY. During one week the players do the 25 hours of individual training. Elements that are trained are: STRENGTH TRAINING (personalized programs based on testing and the need for players), AEROBIC-ANAEROBIC INTEGRATED TRAINING WITH BALLS and SPECIFIC TRAINING OF FINALIZATION. The whole training process is controlled using the software Polar Team System.
